DHPI’s Federal Government Services Division is staffed by former military personnel that not only know dental products, but also know how both the civilian and military dental clinics work. They understand the needs and specific procedures that Federal Clinics need to continue to be mission capable.

In order to facilitate the placement of dental supply orders, DHPI has several contracting plans in place, suitable for both military and civilian installations.

GSA Contract V797p-3924K: for ALL Federal Agencies

Call Gary Rubel at (800) 626-2163 Ext. 1320 for a copy of the contract catalog. DHPI has the LARGEST GSA Dental Contract in the US, featuring 29,765 dental merchandise and dental equipment. Dental equipment ranges from small items such as ultrasonic scalers and tabletop autoclaves, to large equipment such as central suction, compressors, chairs and units. Digital X-rays, pans and cephs are also on the DHPI Contract! With over 600 manufacturers represented, your favorite products from Dentsply, Kerr, 3M and other U.S. manufacturers, both large and small, are available on contract.

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Electronic Catalog ECAT Contract

Dental Merchandise SPM20007D7436: Over 18,000 products, ALL of which are in stock for same day shipment. CONUS shipments via Fed Ex Ground and OCONUS shipments via DHL Air Freight.
Dental Equipment SPM20004D8205: This varied equipment contract spans thousands of large and small equipment products, ranging from Accutron to Vident. DHPI has the largest dental equipment ECAT contract granted by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia.
CEC Defense Readiness Contract SPM20002D3920: Created specifically for the warfighter who cannot wait, this specially crafted URGENT NEED contract contains both merchandise and equipment. Do you need a special shade of composite or a dental chair, central suction, or X-ray shipped THE SAME DAY? They are all on contract AND IN STOCK FOR SAME DAY SHIPMENT to all CONUS destinations.
