As a user of DHPI’s website you are in complete control of your dental supply buying needs. Please take the time to review our full Usage Agreement. Below are some commonly asked questions and answers about privacy and the collection of your information via our website. 1) What information does DHPI collect and how do we use it?


To make a purchase from our web store, we need to collect information to create your online account:

We collect statistical information surrounding your shopping behaviors such as visited domains, browsers, web pages, etc. so we can continue to enhance your time spent with us online.


To be added to receive our emailed promotional offers, please submit your information here. To be removed from receiving these offers, simply click “unsubscribe” at the end of the last emailed offer you received. 


2) How is my information protected?


DHPI uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology and Private Communication Technology (PCT) security standards supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Sarari, and other popular browsers to protect your online transactions.


3) With whom do you share my information?


We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.


4) How do I tell DHPI that I don't want to be contacted for promotional purposes?


To be removed from receiving emailed offers, simply click “unsubscribe” at the end of the last emailed offer you received. 
If you are receiving promotional offers via mail or fax, please contact your DHPI Account Manager or our Customer Service Department to be added to our “Do Not Solicit List”.


5) How do I correct my personal information within my online account?


You can make those changes to your account directly. Simply log-in to your account and make the necessary changes via the My Account section. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Service Department, 800-626-2163.
